Barack Obama on Education

Education is an important topic for me. I struggled in school my whole life. I was a student that learned differently. I felt like I was broken and the learning specialists I worked with were supposed to fix me. Well, that never happened. I was never healed or fixed. It wasn't until college that I began to have a few teachers and counselors that uplifted my unique learning styles as a good thing. By then it was too late. I don't want to continue to see other kids struggle like I did. I believe our current president has endorsed an educational initiative that leaves many children behind. I believe Barack Obama brings a fresh set of eyes to the situation. I believe he's paying attention to what the local teachers are saying and not just the Washington D.C., high paid educational consultants. If your interested in viewing the rest of his speech to the NEA please visit

Hacking the iPhone

If I had an iPhone I would totally follow David Pogue and download some 3rd party applications. If someone would like to buy one for the Yeager-Buckley family we're listed in the phonebook.
